Iron Surge is a cosmetic item for Spirit Breaker from Dota 2 that can be worn on the ‘Head’ position.
Function
The item is cosmetic in nature and changes the appearance of Spirit Breaker. In addition, the appearance of Charge of Darkness is changed and the item itself has an ambient effect.
Obtaining
You can buy the item in the Dota 2 store or find it in rare cases after the end of a game. It is also included in the Immortal Treasure I 2015 chest.
