FIFA 22 Eredivisie TOTS is live – With Gravenberch & Haller

Many leaks have come true and the Eredivisie Team of the – Season has indeed been released at the same time as the Community TOTS – including a couple of great players.

The soccer – Season is slowly getting into the decisive phase: in the Champions League there are some absolute killer matches waiting for us and in FIFA 22 we also have the Team of the – Season – after the TOTY in January probably the second biggest event of the year.

We are really excited about the TOTS, as you can see in the wonderful overview article, which the dear Lukas Scherbaum has conjured up. Now the event has finally started and we have to update our first predictions articles, because the first teams have been published by EA Sports! The Eredivisie is not as OP as for example the Premier League, but it offers some strong cards especially for the beginning of the TOTS event in FIFA 22.

Ryan Gravenberch just looks over the top sick. His Future Stars card has already dominated the midfield, but now he’s going to take it up a notch. Antony should also play extremely well. There are already a few nice players.

We shouldn’t forget Jurriën Timber, who should be one of the most annoying players in the Weekend League with 90 Pace. His TOTS card scares us almost as much as Presnel Kimpembe at the beginning of FIFA 22…

FIFA 23 WILL BE THE LAST PART OF THE GAME SERIES UNDER THIS NAME

FIFA 23 will be the last part of the game series to be released under the name of the world governing body and in collaboration with EA. For months the rumor mill was bubbling, now all this has been confirmed by the game makers EA in May 2022. The fact is that after almost 30 years of partnership between EA Sports and FIFA, the license agreement between the two parties will expire with the game FIFA 23.

Already with the launch of FIFA 22, Electronic Arts revealed the following in a blog post: There exists “the idea to rename our global EA Sports soccer games.” According to speculation, the world governing body FIFA has demanded double the amount for a continuation of the cooperation in new contract negotiations with EA. Exact figures have not been confirmed, but it is said to have been a sum in the billions for a total of ten more years.

So it is not surprising that the partnership of EA and FIFA ends with the upcoming game FIFA 23.
