★ Build explanation:
♦ In this gameplay, I chose to play with an early game build. Staff of Flowing Waters is the earliest powerspike possible on Soraka. It gives you 93 AP with 35 ability haste which you can constantly apply due to how low cooldown your 2nd ability already is. I rushed Stasis Enchant afterwards cause I was already sure that this what the enchant I’m going to go with – there is no better enchant in this matchup when you look at the enemy team. Building Harmonic Echo after Staff of Flowing Waters is so strong. This item needs tier 2 boots aswell as mana + CDR to get the most use out of it which we do. You can charge Harmonic Echo’s AOE extra healing passive easily by moving, using abilities aswell as triggering Soraka’s passive. This item provides you so much sustain and can be used to get a free heal alongside Triumph rune.
★ Runes:
→ Aery – for poking & shielding, great against antiheal & ignites
→ Triumph – sustain, 10% missing HP for every assist – Soraka’s W is 10% max HP – It’s a free heal
→ Bone Plating – is great against burst damage and preventing subsequent damage if they target you
→ Manaflow Band – to provide extra mana so that I can spam my abilities
★ Build:
1. Relic Shield – provides a safer laning phase and let’s you scale safely into midgame aswell as providing some extra HP because you lack it in this build.
2. Staff of Flowing Waters – SoFW provides lower cooldowns with more AP that scales per level aswell as better in combat healing with buff to your allies.
3. Boots – CDR boots in order to spam more abilities aswell as having a lower cooldown on my heal and flash spell. Stasis enchant for survivability and preventing enemies from focusing you.
4. Harmonic Echo – provides extra healing to you and nearby allies that stacks up easily since I have the extra movement speed from boots, aswell as having low CDR and tons of mana to spam my abilities making the passive to come up very often.
5. Ardent Censer – gives me 250 hp, 5% extra movement speed and buffs attack speed and magic on hit damage for allies that I can apply constantly.
6. Rabadon’s Deathcap – to gather everything up. Soraka’s abilities thrive off having as much AP as possible. Raw AP for more healing.
