• Cost: 3200 Gold
• + 90 ability power
• + 250 health
• + 15 ability speed
• Gold efficiency without ability: 100.34%.

Rocketbelt’s active ability is what makes the item so good. With the active ability, your champ can dash in the direction he is looking. Meanwhile, 7 rockets shoot out of the Hextech Rocketbelt. These rockets add extra magic damage to enemies and you get a movement speed of 1.5 seconds.

Obviously, AP champions. You want to build Rocketbelt on champions like Kennen or Annie. Why? Because thanks to the Hextech Rocketbelt, you can save the Flash and take the Dash from the Rocketbelt instead. Imagine a Fed Kennen jumping into a teamfight with his Ultimate and Rocketbelt, and then using Zhonyas. You destroy everyone and just don’t die.

• Annie and Rocketbelt are a good match. So does EarlyGame and LoL Lore.

The magic penetration is the highlight of this item. As mentioned before, it doesn’t matter if your opponent builds magic resistance or not, you still kill them. Throw some Sorcerers Shoes into the mix and you might have the strongest powerspike ever.
