Trained as part of the Confederate “Ghost” program from an early age, Sarah Kerrigan was never given a chance to lead a normal life. The Fleet Beacon also contains an ability upgrade for the #Protoss fleet: the Phoenix’s Anion Pulse-Crystals upgrade, which increases the attack range of the Phoenix.
