Valorant finally released a sixth map: Foxtrot. As always, data miners have dug up the Foxtrot map in the patch data of Valorant Patch 2.06. We already know it. We summarize everything there is to know about the Foxtrot Map.

Of course, you might say that a single tweet mentioning the name Foxtrot is not enough evidence. Ok, another Valorant leaker unfortunately also found the Foxtrot Map loading music. This leaker goes by an equally descriptive name: ValorantExpress.
Another proof was hidden in the April Fool’s joke of Valorant Dating Sim by Riot: there you can see a tropical island, which can also be seen on the TV in the kitchen of Valorant’s Icebox Map. Coincidence? Maybe. Are we going very far out on a limb? Maybe. In any case, we wouldn’t mind a tropical map. Would be nice.
Valorant Map Foxtrot: Release Date
There is no official confirmation for the map yet, so of course there is no release date. Nevertheless we can speculate: Icebox, the last Valorant Map, was released on October 13. That was half a year ago, and we say it’s about time to release a new map. If you ask us, we believe that Foxtrot Map will be released on April 21 with the launch of Episode 2 Act 3 in Valorant.

What is Valorant?
Valorant initially appears to be a cross between CS:Go and Overwatch . A competitive shooter where two small teams compete against each other.
Your team is either ready to attack or defend, with the attackers placing a “stinger” (essentially a bomb) that the other team must then defuse or preferably prevent you from placing at all.
The attacking team can win by either eliminating the defenders or placing the stinger and then protecting it from defusing until the timer runs out. The defenders can similarly win by destroying the attackers before they have a chance to plant their stinger, or disarming the stinger after it has been planted.
Each team of five can play as both attackers and defenders during a game. Each game has a total of 25 rounds, with the first team to win 13 rounds declared the winner
