We are currently in Valorant Episode 3 Act 1 and Riot Games has just released a new patch with Update 3.03. We have all the details and the full Valorant 3.03 patch notes. Let’s see what changes for Viper us Yoru….
Patch 3.00 was a big thing for Valorant. It introduced the new Episode 3 and brought a lot of changes to the economy and abilities. In addition, several agents were also adjusted and some were even completely reworked. As expected, Riot didn’t add anything new in the next update, patch 3.01, but just ironed out a few bugs. Many of us were hoping to finally see the long-awaited Yoru buffs and some other features in patch 3.02, but Riot seems to have focused on bug fixes and Quality of Life changes again instead. The trend continues with patch 3.03 and the Yoru buffs have been delayed once again! The developers have commented on the issue as follows:
Hi guys, we want to elaborate a bit on the Yoru changes that we were supposed to release with 3.02. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, the team has to stop updates for Yoru indefinitely. We are in a situation where we lack necessary resources and personnel that we would need to do the work. As soon as we have a better idea of when and how we will be able to release the changes, we will let you know immediately. We would like to formally apologize to all of you who are eagerly waiting for the changes.
Hey, at least they didn’t take the standard Corona excuse…. How a company like Riot can lack the resources for an agent rewok is a mystery to us though. So once again we get with Parch 3.03 an update with minimal changes – if you disregard the Viper nerf.
Valorant Patch 3.03 Patch Notes
Patch 3.03 has just been released and we have the full patch notes for you here:
Agent Updates: Viper
- Fixed a bug that caused the Snake Pit to start forming at the crosshair location, rather than at Viper’s location.
Riot goes on to explain that this was a bug that was seen as an intentional buff by many players, but has now been reset. Yes, sorry Viper Mains, this was just a mistake by Riot Games and not an intended buff for your agent.
Gameplay Technology Updates
- Turn on “Use Advanced Options” to customize your sight crosshairs and precision rifle scope center.
- It is now possible to save different crosshair profiles and switch between profiles.
- A setting for minimum fire errors for all weapons has been added.
- A setting for using the primary crosshair on shotguns has been added.
Riot plans to allow players to share their crosshair settings with others, but this feature will come at a later date.
Map Updates
- You can now shoot through radianite crates from all directions with matching weapons.
- The zipline has been updated to allow you to use the “Insert” button to detach yourself at any time.
Social Updates
- Added a system where we can automatically undo AFK penalties you received due to unexpected server issues.
Competitive Updates
- The “Autobalance” feature has been added for custom games with more than 6 players. It is based on the MMR of the players.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where Killjoy’s “turret” was not affected by stuns.
- Fixed a bug where Astra’s “Gravity Well” would attract people hanging from rope ladders.
- Fixed a bug where Astra could activate “Disperse” while hanging from a rope ladder.
- Fixed a bug where “Boombot”, “Owl Drone”, and “Imitation” could destroy “Barrier Sphere” from Sage when placed overlapping with part of the barrier wall.

What are Patchnotes?

What is Valorant?
Valorant initially appears to be a cross between CS:Go and Overwatch . A competitive shooter where two small teams compete against each other.
Your team is either ready to attack or defend, with the attackers placing a “stinger” (essentially a bomb) that the other team must then defuse or preferably prevent you from placing at all.
The attacking team can win by either eliminating the defenders or placing the stinger and then protecting it from defusing until the timer runs out. The defenders can similarly win by destroying the attackers before they have a chance to plant their stinger, or disarming the stinger after it has been planted.
Each team of five can play as both attackers and defenders during a game. Each game has a total of 25 rounds, with the first team to win 13 rounds declared the winner
