PoGO – Pokémon Go: Mauzi Event - Limited Research & Limited Research - Guide

Yay, the developers of Pokémon Go are dusting off the Limited Research event and resurrecting it in October 2020. The Limited Research event is all about ALoLa Mauzi, Galar Mauzi, and Kanto Mauzi, which you can collect through special research. And as if that wasn’t enough research, there will also be a Limited Research to go along with it. We’ll give you an overview of the info in our guide to Limited Research on Mauzi.

The makers of Pokémon Go are dusting off the Limited Research event in October 2020, which last took place in May 2020 with Snubbull, and adding a Limited Research event – as if the Limited Research event alone wasn’t enough. This time, Limited Research is all about Mauzi, and in all known forms, namely ALoLa Mauzi, Galar Mauzi, and Kanto Mauzi. Mauzi everywhere! We wouldn’t be surprised if there was another Team Rocket invasion happening at the same time, but that’s not confirmed. And during the event, you’ll have an increased chance to get your hands on ALoLa Mauzi as a Shiny.

Below we have the details for you that are already known about the event Limited Research with ALoLa Mauzi. After that, we will also create a guide to the steps and rewards of the Limited Research on Mauzi, although nothing else is known about it yet. We will update and complete the Temporary Research Guide as soon as we know what you need to do. But for now, here is the information about the Limited Research on Mauzi:

The Limited Research with ALoLa Mauzi event will begin at 08:00 (local time) on October 10, 2020 and end at 22:00 local time on the same day.
During that time, you can complete exclusive field research tasks to encounter Mauzi, originally discovered in the Kanto, ALoLa, and Galar regions.
For this, you will receive an exclusive Temporary Research.
In the store you’ll find a box that offers smoke, sanana berries and lucky eggs. It costs 480 Pokécoins.

Pokémon GO

Pokémon Go is the mobile spin-off of Nintendo’s popular Pokémon game series for Android and iOS. It is a so-called “location-based game”, i.e. a game that uses the player’s immediate surroundings. It is based on the principle of augmented reality.

Pokémon Map: Between landmarks and sights

Pokémon Go uses a Global Positioning System (GPS) to determine the player’s location and displays it on a map that also represents the playing field. The map is based on OpenStreetMap maps. The game is played mostly outdoors and uses landmarks, landmarks and other notable or eye-catching objects in the world to position either PokéStops or arenas there for you to battle for supremacy. Join either Team Intuition (Team Yellow, Zapdos), Team Wisdom (Team Blue, Arktos), or Team Daring (Team Red, Lavados). Under their flag you can then fight for the arenas, which are placed at hotspots like churches or similar. Pokémon can appear anywhere, though.

Pocket monsters visible on the Pokémon Go Map are randomly loaded into the game’s virtual map by the game server. If several players are playing in the same location, each player can see and catch the Pokémon independently of the others.
