PoGO – Pokémon Go: Pokémon Home Event with Limited Research - Guide

Because all Pokémon Go trainers can now link their accounts to Pokémon Home, the developers at Niantic have launched a Pokémon Home event to celebrate. The Pokémon Home event will entice you with Shiny Meltan and Shiny Flegmon, as well as Temporary Research and Mega Tauboss Energy. All Pokémon Go players can now link their account with Pokémon Home, sending pocket monsters to the cloud and securing a miracle box from which a lot of Meltan come out once a week. To celebrate the linking of Pokémon Go and Pokémon Home, the developers at Niantic announced a matching event shortly before the launch, the Pokémon Home Event.

Among other things, it ensures that Shiny Meltan can come out of the Wonder Box, releases Shiny Flegmon into the wild, and ensures that you can get lots of Mega Energy for Pigeon Boss from a Limited Research for Pokémon Home event. The Pokémon Home event in Pokémon Go will start on November 17, 2020 at 08:00 and end on November 23, 2020 at 22:00 local time.
During the event, the following Pokémon will appear in the wild in increased numbers: ALoLa Sandan, Zubat, ALoLa Digda, Flegmon, Magnetilo, Ditto, Porygon, Hoothoot, Remoraid, Flurmel, Liliep, Anotirh, Waumboll, and Tarnpignon.
The following Pokémon are hatched from 5k eggs: Nidoran ♀, Nidoran ♂, Flegmon, Amonitas, Kabuto, Liliep, and Anorith.
Pokémon like ALoLa Vulpix, Flegmon, Magnetilo, Sheinux, Praktibalk, Klikk and more appear in Raids.
If you’re lucky, you’ll find a Shiny Flegmon.
Temporary research rewards you with Tauboss Mega Energy, Pokéballs, Berries, encounters with Flegmon and Kaumalat, and more.
Event-exclusive Field Research rewards you with encounters with Flegmon and more.
Mega Pigeon Boss has more CP during the Pokémon Home event period.
Activate the Wonder Box during the event, as Shiny Meltan may appear. After the event, Shiny Meltan will again become unavailable in the game until another occasion.
Until November 24, 2020 at 22:00, Kobalium, Viridium, and Terrakium will appear in the 5-star raids.
In the Avatar Shop, you can find special items such as a Melmetal Jacket, Melmetal Vest, Melmetal Shoes, and Goggles.

Pokémon GO

Pokémon Go is the mobile spin-off of Nintendo’s popular Pokémon game series for Android and iOS. It is a so-called “location-based game”, i.e. a game that uses the player’s immediate surroundings. It is based on the principle of augmented reality.

Pokémon Map: Between landmarks and sights

Pokémon Go uses a Global Positioning System (GPS) to determine the player’s location and displays it on a map that also represents the playing field. The map is based on OpenStreetMap maps.
