BACKGROUND

Growing up in a close-knit family, Ngoma was able to pursue personal interests without much resistance. Ngoma learned all she could about psychology and physics and was tutored in classical music with two younger siblings. In addition, Ngoma learned the basics of mechanics in his father’s garage and thus completed his own skills for his later career.
Ngoma excelled in tactical training and military science, eventually completing engineer training. Xier proved to be bright and resourceful, proving invaluable in every task undertaken. Ngoma assisted comrades with strategies and technology to distract enemies and breach their defenses. Specializing in such tactics, which had a reputation for minimizing casualties on either side, earned Ngoma many medals for merit. Eventually, the Belgian Special Forces Group became aware of Ngoma, who has been a member of xier ever since.
PSYCHOLOGICAL REPORT
Assessing Specialist Néon “Sens” Ngoma has been difficult at times. Ngoma has a habit of turning the conversation to psychological theories rather than himself. Still, in the moments in between, I was able to get the information I was looking for. When Ngoma talks about his own understanding of human behavior, xier often mentions childhood memories of observing people and solving puzzles. Similar to how a puzzle cube needs to be aligned in a specific configuration, Ngoma predicts how people will react when given the right nudge.
If you ask Ngoma about her own upbringing, xier has nothing but good things to say about the family. The parents (one Belgian and one Congolese) were happy to support their three children and their (quite different) careers. Ngoma recalls that when xier and the youngest sibling came out, the father emphasized that all he expected of his children was to be honest.
Whatever difficulties lay between then and now, Ngoma has not lost any of that élan. Being warm and open is not only a good way to make friends, but also a way to stand up to those who want to stand in their way. So far it seems to be working fine for Ngoma.
As I’ve been doing lately, I’ve been trying to learn about hobbies at Ngoma, and to my surprise, music plays a big part. Xier describes it as the universal language of love. When Ngoma listens to artists from all over the world, xier feels connected to the world, to songs from the father’s homeland to his heritage and to the youngest sister, xier playing her EDM sets at every opportunity.
Ngoma is a complex person and I understand that certain things need to be experienced in order to be understood. Still, I’m sure Ngoma will feel comfortable at Wolfguard. There’s something about Xiese’s kindness that I can only describe as defiant. That kind of attitude is sure to be a good addition to Doc.
