FIFA’s Silver Lounge is back! FIFA Pro Ryan shows you how to get the most out of the popular mode!
Before the release there was a lot of speculation if EA would integrate the Silver Lounge, which debuted last year, in FIFA 22 again. And if so, in which form? Well, the format hasn’t changed that much. Our expert Ryan has the most important tips for you to create a successful Silver Team again.
“The gameplay gains new interesting facets with silver players”
“The Silver Lounge was a surprising and interesting new addition to FIFA 21, allowing many players to revisit their Brazilian Silver fantasies from past FIFA games,” said Ryan Pessoa. “The gameplay gains new interesting facets with silver players, especially in the first few months when there aren’t too many overpowered 74-rated special cards in circulation yet.”

How does the Silver Lounge work in FUT 22?

The only criterion to participate is that your team consists exclusively of silver players. Then you can play against other silver teams in the live FUT friendlies. All card types between 65 and 74 can be used.
Every Wednesday EA adds Silver Star Objectives. If you fulfill them, you can win a silver Team of the Week or a 74-rated player, which is linked to a special event (e.g. FUT Future Stars or FUT Freeze). The Objectives look something like this:
- Score 6 goals with a Silver player in Silver Lounge.
- Perform 8 assists with a Silver player in Silver Lounge
- Win 3 matches with a Silver Team in Silver Lounge
Normally you will have achieved most of the objectives quickly, except for the wins, as the matchmaking is quite unbalanced.
This is how you build a strong Silver Lounge team in FUT 22
Be on the lookout for fast players
