Once a month, the developers of Pokémon Go give the trainers a new Mega Raid boss and in June 2021 it is Mega Lahmus, matching the new event “A very slow discovery”. Starting June 8, 2021, Mega Lahmus will be in the Mega Raids and the collectors among you will surely want to at least collect the Mega Energies and unlock Mega Evolution. After all, it’s not necessarily likely that Mega-Lahmus will be recommended as an ideal counter with Water and Psycho types particularly often. Nevertheless, if you want to fight it, you can find tips on how to fight it below.

Mega-Lahmus as a raid boss

As already mentioned, Mega-Lahmus belongs to the Water and Psycho types. Accordingly, it is strong against Battle and Poison as well as Ground, Rock and Fire Pokémon, but takes a particularly hard hit from Unlight, Spirit, Beetle, Electric and Plant attacks. You can take advantage of this when you encounter Mega Lahmus in the Raid, so go for Spirit, Unlight, and Electro Mon.

By the way, keep in mind that only one trainer can bring a Mega Pokémon. That’s why we’re giving you a few more counterattack recommendations than usual, because the strongest against Mega Lahmus are, of course, other Mega Mon. It’s best to face the mon with at least four trainers to be on the safe side.

Catch Mega Lahmus

As usual with defeated Mega Pokémon, you will not catch Mega Lahmus after a victory, but a normal Lahmus. If you have successfully completed the battle against Mega Lahmus, the freestyle follows after the duty and you have the chance to banish the pocket monster into your Pokéball. Then Lahmus has 1,454 CP at level 20 with 100% IV values. If Lahmus is boosted to level 25 in rainy or windy weather, it will have 1,817 CP at perfect 100% IV values. Pokémon Go is the mobile spin-off of Nintendo’s popular Pokémon game series for Android and iOS. It is a so-called “location-based game”, i.e. a game that uses the player’s immediate surroundings. It is based on the principle of augmented reality.

Pokémon Map: Between landmarks and sights

Pokémon Go uses a Global Positioning System (GPS) to determine the player’s location and displays it on a map that also represents the playing field. The map is based on OpenStreetMap maps. The game is played mostly outdoors and uses landmarks, landmarks and other notable or eye-catching objects in the world to position either PokéStops or arenas there for you to battle for supremacy.
