From early in the morning until late in the evening, Pokémon Go players always have the opportunity to do at least one activity: Raiding! The Tier 5 Raids are tough as hell and usually can’t be mastered on their own – quite heavy caliber spawns in these challenges. But not so in the raids of the levels below, because in Tier 3 raids it looks quite different! With the right counters and even a medium trainer level between level 20 and 30, most Tier 3 raid bosses can be overpowered by soloists. This is also the case with Raichu, which spawns in the raids from time to time.
Raichu as Raid Boss
The electric Pokémon Raichu is a monotype and therefore has only one weakness: ground type attacks. In sunny and clear weather, you can get a bit more damage out of it. If your attackers are ground type themselves, however, you’ll have to contend with one thing: Raichu can also use a Battle-type Charge attack, and that’s very effective against Ground Pokémon! If you can’t wait to get started, jump into the fight!
Raichu will face you with 16,079 CP. Alone, the battle is quite doable, but could be a bit tricky for inexperienced trainers. So team up with a few other players if you’re having a hard time fighting Raichu! Below is a list of the best attackers against Raichu.

Pokémon Go: Catch Raichu
Once you’ve defeated Raichu, there’s only one thing left to do – get rid of the Pokéball! At level 20, Raichu’s evolution has 1247 CP at a 100% IV value. If the Pokémon is boosted to level 25 in overcast or windy conditions, it will have 1558 CP with perfect 100% IV values. We wish you a successful hunt!

Pokémon Go is the mobile spin-off of Nintendo’s popular Pokémon game series for Android and iOS. It is a so-called “location-based game”, i.e. a game that uses the player’s immediate surroundings. It is based on the principle of augmented reality.
Pokémon Map: Between landmarks and sights
Pokémon Go uses a Global Positioning System (GPS) to determine the player’s location and displays it on a map that also represents the playing field. The map is based on OpenStreetMap maps. The game is played mostly outdoors and uses landmarks, landmarks and other notable or eye-catching objects in the world to position either PokéStops or arenas there for you to battle for supremacy. Join either Team Intuition (Team Yellow, Zapdos), Team Wisdom (Team Blue, Arktos), or Team Daring (Team Red, Lavados). Under their flag you can then fight for the arenas, which are placed at hotspots like churches or similar. Pokémon can appear anywhere, though.
Pocket monsters visible on the Pokémon Go Map are randomly loaded into the game’s virtual map by the game server. If several players are playing in the same location, each player can see and catch the Pokémon independently of the others.
