PoGO – Pokémon Go: Zamazenta as Raid Boss - Counter Guide

For a whole week at the end of August 2021, you can challenge the legendary Pokémon Zamazenta in Pokémon Go, which will then be available for the first time in Niantic’s AR collection game. We have a counter-attack guide for you so that you can successfully fight Zamazenta!

From August 26, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. until September 1, 2021, you’ll encounter a newcomer in Pokémon Go’s Tier 5 Raids – that’s when Gen 8 Legendary Zamazenta will enter the game for the first time. Zamazenta, Heroic Warrior as Raid Boss in Pokémon Go

As a Heroic Warrior, Zamazenta is a Battle-type Pokémon, and that means it then takes increased damage from Fairy, Flying, and Psychic attacks in particular. You should also take advantage of this weakness if you want to take down the raid boss with 52,195 WP with three or more trainers. It is not yet known which attacks Zamazenta will use. However, if it does resort to Battle-type attacks, it will do more damage to your counter Pokémon in cloudy weather, because Zamazenta will be boosted.

Catch Zamazenta in Pokémon Go

If you have successfully completed the battle against Zamazenta and have the chance to banish the pocket monster into your Pokéball, then Zamazenta has 2,188 CP at level 20 with 100% IV values. If Zamazenta in Heroic Warrior form is boosted to level 25 in cloudy weather, then it has 2,735 CP at perfect 100% IV values.
