Kaid’s Rtila electric claw can electrocute reinforced walls and hatches, barbed wire, and mobile shields, making it difficult for the enemy to enter the casbah or any other facility he has to protect. He starts the game with two of these throwing devices. Once they attach to a surface, they electrocute metallic objects within a 0.75 meter radius.

BACKGROUND

Jalal El Fassi grew up hearing stories about the Fortress, the legendary educational institution in the Atlas Mountains. Its unrivaled reputation, as well as its famous “kaids” (commanders), never left El Fassi’s mind.
At the age of 18, he joined the GIGR (Royal Moroccan Gendarmerie). There, he demonstrated his natural leadership qualities in dangerous situations. His effective leadership of special squads in operations of the internationally led Trans-Saharan Counterterrorism Initiative (TSCTP) earned him a promotion to captain. After serving for many years, the senior commander of the fortress selected El Fassi as his successor because his authoritarian but upright leadership style made him a worthy “kaid.”
With his formidable presence and strict values, he produced successful disciples who quickly helped the fortress gain greater prestige. Thousands of soldiers who practiced or trained on his grounds are additional proof of his excellence. After years of negotiations, he also granted access to troops from Africa and the Middle East to strengthen ties between TSCTP members and African Standby Force countries.

Special Forces operator Jalal “Kaid” El Fassi is an impressive operator. His appearance alone commands respect. One can easily imagine how his stature and demeanor make students tremble. His body language alone evokes respect and cooperative behavior without him having to say a word. Frankly, he is intimidating and fascinating at the same time.
Special Forces Commander El Fassi is in a long line of fortress commanders. The fortress had fallen into disrepute for some time due to bribes from wealthy families, but with El Fassi that changed. Under his leadership, not only did these shabby practices come to an end, but the fortress also achieved a quality that would have been hard to imagine under his predecessors.
It was difficult to pry special operations officer El Fassi away from his position. He sacrificed his private life for the success of the fortress. Because of his function, it is difficult to establish a real interpersonal relationship with him. I suspect he prefers to be alone, he’s not the type to let anyone get close to him and share his thoughts, and I think I know the reason why. He is dedicated to leading and promoting the Moroccan special forces, and possibly those throughout North Africa. He is the rock that everyone else looks up to, and Special Forces El Fassi carries this heavy burden with equanimity, believing that no one else would be able to do it.
Special Forces Commander El Fassi is extremely stoic, his devotion to his duty as commander and to the fortress seems unshakable. For years Rainbow tried to persuade him to join, but he is not easily moved. Since childhood, all he has cared about is the fortress and its legacy. It is his home, his castle – and the time he spends there in solitude is priceless to him. But in the end we agreed with him. This offer even the great Kaid could not refuse … because his educational institution should be improved and gain international prestige. It will be the first time that El Fassi will be among his peers. It will be seen how he copes with no longer being the highest authority.
