OpTic Gaming made history in competitive eSports for Call of Duty back then. In time, however, the franchise had to react and adapt to new titles. After the TI7, OpTic Gaming also decided to have a presence in Dota2. The former Dire Roaster was hired for the newly formed team. Four out of five players have been playing and training together for OpTic Gaming for a year now (only MiSeRY has migrated to Evil Geniuses).

It’s been a good six months now since Edward Gaming lifted the Summoner’s Cup in Reykjavík. Of course, they also got to pick the champions they wanted to get a World Championship skin for. Some of them were a bit of a surprise, others were already pretty much set from the start.

The well-known regulars like Rogue or Fnatic are back in the starting lineup, but with Excel Esports a surprise candidate has also made it into the playoffs! Not bad. Here you have a list of all playoff teams in the LEC, as they finished the regular season. Memorize it well, it will be very important later!

The mode is not really new. In 2018, it already existed once. This time, too, it will unfortunately only be available temporarily in #LeagueofLegends. You can play the mode from July 22 to August 24. But watch out who you pick, because some champs are a lot stronger than others.
