While we’re already in content phase 4 of WoW Classic , the blademaster’s handguards are still one of the most important pieces of equipment for many offensive warriors. Weapon skill is just a tremendously powerful stat. So powerful that many players have left several thousand gold for the epic random drop on the auction house.
On most Classic servers, the gloves are probably still among the most expensive items on the virtual trading market. It is all the more remarkable when you can secure this coveted item for just 25 gold. Isn’t there? there is!
The seller may simply not have known how important weapon skill is for a melee’s damage. And apart from the weapon skill bonuses of axes, daggers and swords, the epic item has nothing to offer. Will he be very annoyed when he finds out that – depending on the server – he could have gotten 2,500 gold?
What was your biggest bargain in WoW?
I myself have already been able to find some bargains in WoW (buy now) Classic, but on a much smaller scale. So I bought some nature resistance items early on (and accordingly cheaply) or the hammer of the north wind for AQ40 in the auction house, bought a few dark runes for the T-0.5 quest line for four instead of twelve gold each and otherwise early on Investments made that will eat up a lot more gold in the coming months.

Getting Started
All players with an active World of Warcraft subscription or game time on their accounts have access toWoW Classic at no additional cost.
- Open the Blizzard Battle.net Desktop App and select World of Warcraft from the menu.
- Select World of Warcraft Classic from the Version menu. If you have more than one World of Warcraft account, you’ll see a second Account drop-down list. In this column, select the active account you want to play with.
- Click the Install button. The progress bar will tell you when your game is ready to play.
- Click the Play button when the installation is complete.
You will need to select the realm you want to play on from several different realm types. Make sure you choose the same realm as your friends – in World of Warcraft Classic, you can only group with characters that are on the same realm as you!
